Yusuf Pathan's rapid unbeaten half-century and Manish Pandey's Quick-fire 48 before Spinners Sunil Narine and Kuldeep Yadav's combined 5-wickets helped to Kolkata Knight Riders comprehensive 22-run victory over Sunrisers Hyderabad and qualify for playoffs in the 55th match of a Indian Premier League.
KKR scored 171-6 in 20 overs with top scorer by Yusuf Pathan blasted a unbeaten 52 off 34-balls including 3-fours & 2-sixes with strike rate of 152.94.
Manish Pandey struck 48 off 30-balls - who fell two-run short of his half-century - including 3-sixes & 2-fours with strike rate of 160.
Robin Uthappa hit 25 off 17-balls including 4-fours with strike rate of 147.05 and Gautam Gambhir scored 16 off 15-balls contained a boundary.
SRH best bowler by Deepak Hooda, Bhuvneshwar Kumar both took 2-wickets and one for Barinder Sran - Mustafizur Rahman.
SRH scored 149-8 in 20 overs with top scorer by Shikhar Dhawan blasted a 51 off 30-balls including 4-fours & 3-sixes with strike rate of 170.
Yuvraj Singh struck 19 off 12-balls including 2-sixes & a four, David Warner hit 18 off 16-balls included one-six & a four and Naman Ojha scored 15 off 25-balls contained a boundary.
KKR best bowler by Sunil Narine picked up 3-wickets for 26-runs in 4-overs, Kuldeep Yadav took 2-wickets and one for Ankit Rajpoot - Shakib Al Hasan.
Yusuf Pathan named Player of the match for his quick-fire unbeaten 52 off facing 34-balls including 3-fours and 2-sixes with strike rate of 152.94.
