* Andre Russell's 4 for 20 was the joint eighth best bowling figures for Kolkata Knight Riders in Indian Premier League, jointly with Sunil Narine and the third best-bowling-figures by an KKR bowler against Kings XI Punjab in IPL.
KKR scored 164-3 in 20 overs with top scorer by Robin Uthappa blasted a 70 off 49-balls including 6-fours & 2-sixes with strike rate of 142.85.
Gautam Gambhir struck 54 off 45-balls including 6-fours & a six, Yusuf Pathan scored a unbeaten 19 off 16-balls included a six and Andre Russell hit 16 off 10-balls contained one-six & a four with strike rate of 160.
KXIP scored 157-9 in 20 overs with top scorer by Glenn Maxwell hammered a 68 off 42-balls including 6-fours & 4-sixes with strike rate of 161.90.
Wriddhiman Saha struck 24 off 20-balls including 3-fours and Axar Patel blasted a 21 off 7-balls included 2-sixes & a four with strike rate of 300.
KKR best bowler by Andre Russell 4-20, Piyush Chawla took 2-wickets and one for Morne Morkel.
Andre Russell named Player of the match for his brilliant bowling performance to claimed a career-best 4-wickets for 20-runs in 4-overs.
