* Chennai Super Kings' 69-run win was their tenth largest victory by terms of runs in Indian Premier League and It is their second biggest victory against Royal Challengers Bangalore in IPL.

* 202 : Suresh Raina became the seventh player to hit 200 sixes in Indian Premier League and the joint sixth in the list of most sixes in IPL, jointly with Kieron Pollard.

* 37-runs : Number of runs that were scored in the 20th over from Harshal Patel, which was the record-equal over in Indian Premier League history, jointly Royal Challengers Bangalore' 37-runs against Kochi Tuskers Kerala at Bengaluru in 2011 and the joint most expensive over in IPL, jointly Prasanth Parameswaran's 37-runs.

* Ravindra Jadeja scored 36-runs (6, 6, 6, 6, 2, 6, 4) - the joint most runs scored by a batsman in an over in Indian Premier League history, jointly 36-runs scored by Chris Gayle (RCB) against Kochi Tuskers Kerala at Bengaluru in 2011.

CSK scored 191-4 in 20 overs with top scorer by Ravindra Jadeja 62 not out, Faf du Plessis struck 50 off 41-balls including 5-fours & a six.

Ruturaj Gaikwad hit 33 off 25-balls including 4-fours & a six and Suresh Raina scored 24 off 18-balls included 3-sixes & a four.

RCB best bowler by Harshal Patel picked up 3-wickets and one for Yuzvendra Chahal.

RCB scored 122-9 in 20 overs with top scorer by Devdutt Padikkal 34 off 15-balls including 4-fours & 2-sixes with strike rate of 226.66, Glenn Maxwell 22 and Kyle Jamieson 16.

CSK best bowler by Ravindra Jadeja 4-13, Imran Tahir took 2-wickets and one for Shardul Thakur - Sam Curran.

Ravindra Jadeja named Player of the match for his sensational all-round performance to picked up 3-wickets for 13-runs in 4-overs including a maiden after smashing a career-best unbeaten rapid 62-runs knocked off facing 28-balls including 5-sixes and 4-fours with strike rate of 221.42.
