Sunil Narine's all-round display, An unbeaten half-century from Shubman Gill and Dinesh Karthik's 18-ball 45 helped to Kolkata Knight Riders convincing six-wicket victory over Chennai Super Kings in the 33rd match of a Indian Premier League.
CSK scored 177-5 in 20 overs with top scorer by MS Dhoni hammered a unbeaten 43 off 25-balls including 4-sixes & a four with strike rate of 172.
Shane Watson blasted a 36 off 25-balls including 4-fours & 2-sixes with strike rate of 144, Suresh Raina struck 31 off 26-balls included 4-fours.
Faf du Plessis blasted a 27 off 15-balls including 4-fours & a six with strike rate of 180 and Ambati Rayudu hit 21 off 17-balls contained three boundaries.
KKR best bowler by Sunil Narine, Piyush Chawla both took 2-wickets and one for Kuldeep Yadav.
KKR chased 180-4 in 17.4 overs with top scorer by Shubman Gill blasted a unbeaten 57 off 36-balls including 6-fours & 2-sixes with strike rate of 158.33.
Dinesh Karthik hammered a unbeaten 45 off 18-balls including 7-fours & a six with strike rate of 250, Sunil Narine blasted a 32 off 20-balls and Rinku Singh scored 16 off 18-balls contained two boundaries.
CSK best bowler by Harbhajan Singh, KM AsifLungi Ngidi and Ravindra Jadeja each took one-wickets.
Sunil Narine named Player of the match for his match-winning all-round display of scoring a quick-fire 32 off 20-balls including 4-fours and 2-sixes with strike rate of 160 after taking a 2-wicket for 20-runs in 4-overs.
