* Kings XI Punjab's 9-wicket win was their joint second largest victory by terms of wickets remaining in Indian Premier League, it is their 2nd time win by nine wickets and 1st time Kings XI Punjab had defeated Kolkata Knight Riders by nine wickets in IPL.
* KL Rahul hammered a 24-ball his second fastest fifty for Kings XI Punjab in Indian Premier League.
KKR scored massive total of 191-7 in 20 overs with top scorer by Chris Lynn hammered a 74 off 41-balls including 6-fours & 4-sixes with strike rate of 180.48.
Dinesh Karthik blasted a 43 off 28-balls including 6-fours with strike rate of 153.57, Robin Uthappa blasted a 34 off 23-balls included 5-fours & a six with strike rate of 147.82 and Shubman Gill hit a unbeaten 14 off 8-balls contained 2-fours with strike rate of 175.
KXIP best bowler by Andrew Tye, Barinder Sran both took 2-wickets and one for Mujeeb Ur Rahman - Ravichandran Ashwin.
KXIP chased 126-1 in 11.1 overs with top scorer by Chris Gayle hammered a unbeaten 62 off 38-balls including 6-sixes & 5-fours with strike rate of 163.15 and KL Rahul blasted a 60 off 27-balls.
KKR best bowler by Sunil Narine took 1-wicket for 23-runs in 3-overs.
KL Rahul named Player of the match for his match-winning rapid 60 off facing 27-balls including 9-fours and 2-sixes with strike rate of 222.22.
