Suryakumar Yadav's half-century, Hardik Pandya's all-round display and Evin Lewis' quick-fire 43 guided Mumbai Indians narrow 13-run victory over Kolkata Knight Riders and keep their playoff hopes alive in the 37th match of a Indian Premier League.
MI scored 181-4 in 20 overs with top scorer by Suryakumar Yadav hammered a 59 off 39-balls including 7-fours & 2-sixes with strike rate of 151.28.
Evin Lewis blasted a 43 off 28-balls including 5-fours & 2-sixes with strike rate of 153.57, Hardik Pandya blasted a unbeaten 35 off 20-balls included 4-fours & a six with strike rate of 175.
KKR best bowler by Andre Russell and Sunil Narine both took 2-wickets.
KKR scored 168-6 in 20 overs with top scorer by Robin Uthappa hammered a 54 off 35-balls including 6-fours & 3-sixes with strike rate of 154.28.
Dinesh Karthik hit a unbeaten 36 off 26-balls including 5-fours & a six, Nitish Rana cracked a 31 off 27-balls included 3-fours & a six and Chris Lynn hit 17 off 13-balls contained 4-fours.
MI best bowler by Hardik Pandya captured two-wickets, Mayank Markande, Krunal Pandya, Mitchell McClenaghan and Jasprit Bumrah each took one-wickets.
Hardik Pandya named Player of the match for his all-round performance to took 2-wickets for 19-runs in 4-overs after smashing a quick-fire 35 off 20-balls including 4-fours and a six with strike rate of 175.
