Mohammad Rizwan's unbeaten half-century before Usman Qadir and Mohammad Hasnain's combined 5-wickets helped to Pakistan narrow 11-run victory over Zimbabwe and take a 1-0 lead in the first T20I.
Pakistan scored 149-7 in 20 overs with top scorer by Mohammad Rizwan 82 not out, Debutant Danish Aziz - who scored 15-runs on his debut T20I match and Fakhar Zaman 13.
Zimbabwe best bowler by Wesley Madhevere takes 2-wickets for 11-runs in 2-overs, Luke Jongwe took two-wickets and one for Blessing Muzarabani - Richard Ngarava.
Zimbabwe scored 138-7 in 20 overs with top scorer by Craig Ervine hammered a 34 off 23-balls including 3-fours & a six with strike rate of 147.82, Tinashe Kamunhukamwe 29, Wesley Madhevere 14 and Ryan Burl 14.
Pakistan best bowler by Usman Qadir picked up 3-wickets for 29-runs in 4-overs, Mohammad Hasnain took 2-wickets and one for Mohammad Hafeez - Haris Rauf.
Mohammad Rizwan named Player of the match for his magnificent unbeaten 82-runs knocked off facing 61-balls including 10-fours and a six with strike rate of 134.42.
