George Dockrell scored 40 off 69-balls including 5-fours and Simi Singh 21 not out.
Netherlands best bowler by Fred Klaassen picked up 3-wickets for 23-runs in 10-overs including a maiden, Logan van Beek takes three-wickets for 29-runs in 9.2-overs, Timm van der Gugten took 2-wickets and one for Vivian Kingma.
Netherlands chased 166-6 in 45.5 overs with top scorer by Stephen Myburgh 74, Max O'Dowd struck 36 off 49-balls including 5-fours, Musa Ahmed 19 and Bas de Leede 18.
Simi Singh picked up 3-wickets for 29-runs in 9.5-overs including two maidens, Andy McBrine, Josh Little and Barry McCarthy each took one-wickets.
Stephen Myburgh named Player of the match for his match-winning brilliant 74-runs knocked off facing 111-balls including 6-fours and 3-sixes.
