Malta won by penalty runs and level the series with 2-2 after Waseem Abbas's record-breaking four-for, Samuel Stanislaus' 34 and Bilal Muhammad's all-round display in the fourth T20I.

Match Stats : This is the first time any team won with 5 penalty runs after team completely all-out in T20I cricket history. 5 penalty runs added to Malta's total due to a breach of the code of conduct by a Belgium player. Though Malta's 10th wicket fell at 125, their total moved to 130 when the penalty runs were added to the total. Belgium's 128 was their seventh highest score in T20 international and It is their second lowest total against Malta in T20Is. Malta's 130 was their fifth highest score in T20 international and It is their second lowest total against Belgium in T20Is. Waseem Abbas's 4 for 23 was the best bowling figures for Malta in T20 internationals, surpassing the previous record of 4 for 31 held by Salu Kanakalil against Bulgaria at Sofia in the last year.

Belgium scored 128 for all-out in 19.3 overs with top scorer by Sherul Mehta struck 40 off 56-balls including 4-fours.

Khalid Ahmadi cracked a unbeaten 31 off 18-balls including 5-fours with strike rate of 172.22 and Sheraz Sheikh 14.

Malta best bowler by Waseem Abbas claimed a career-best 4-wickets for 23-runs in 4-overs, Varun Thamotharam, Bilal Muhammad both took 2-wickets and one for Bikram Arora - Ashok Bishnoi.

Malta chased 130 for all-out in 19.2 overs with top scorer by Samuel Stanislaus struck 34 off 35-balls including 3-sixes & a four.

Niraj Khanna hit 24 off 15-balls including 4-fours with strike rate of 160, Bilal Muhammad 19 not out and Bikram Arora 16.

Belgium best bowler by Ashiqullah Said picked up 3-wickets for 21-runs in 4-overs, Saber Zakhil, Nemish Mehta both took 2-wickets and one for Burhan Niaz - Sheraz Sheikh.

Bilal Muhammad named Player of the match for his all-round performance to scored a unbeaten 19 off 9-balls including 2-fours and a six with strike rate of 211.11 after taking 2-wickets for 23-runs in 4-overs.
