  • Mohammad Rizwan's 79* was his fifth highest score for Pakistan in T20 international and the highest-score by an Pakistan batsman against India in T20Is.
  • Babar Azam's 68* was his joint eighth highest score for Pakistan in T20 international and the second highest-score by an Pakistan batsman against India in T20Is.
  • 16 : Virat Kohli hit the most 50+ scores in T20 World Cup history, Surpassing the previous record of 9 fifty plus or more scores by Chris Gayle.


India scored 151-7 in 20 overs with top scorer by Virat Kohli struck 57 off 49-balls including 5-fours & a six.

Rishabh Pant scored 39 off 30-balls including 2-sixes & 2-fours and Ravindra Jadeja 13.

Pakistan best bowler by Shaheen Shah Afridi picked up 3-wickets, Hasan Ali took 2-wickets and one for Shadab Khan - Haris Rauf.

Pakistan chased 152-0 in 17.5 overs with top scorer by Mohammad Rizwan hammered a unbeaten 79 off 55-balls including 6-fours & 3-sixes with strike rate of 143.63.

Babar Azam cracked a unbeaten 68 off 52-balls including 6-fours & 2-sixes.

Shaheen Shah Afridi named Player of the match for his pace bowling attack to picked up 3-wickets for 31-runs in 4-overs.
