England scored mammoth total of 334-4 in 60 overs with top scorer by Dennis Amiss 137 off 147-balls - which was his 3rd ODI hundred and his second century against Australia in ODIs.

Keith Fletcher struck 68 off 107-balls including 7-fours & a six, Chris Old hammered a unbeaten 51 off 30-balls including 4-fours & 2-sixes with strike rate of 170, Mike Denness scored a unbeaten 37 off 31-balls including 2-fours & a six with strike-rate of 119.35 and John Jameson 21.

India best bowler by Syed Abid Ali took 2-wickets and one for Mohinder Amarnath - Madan Lal.

India scored 132-3 in 60 overs with top scorer by Sunil Gavaskar scored a unbeaten 36 off 174 deliveries including a boundary.

Gundapp Viswanath struck 37 off 59-balls including 5-fours, Anshuman Gaekwad 22 and Brijesh Patel 16 not out.

England best bowler by Peter Lever, Geoff Arnold and Chris Old each took one-wickets.
