Captain Craig Ervine's superb 91, Sikandar Raza's fifty, Forties from Sean Williams and Regis Chakabva before Three-wicket hauls from Tendai Chatara and Blessing Muzarabani guided Zimbabwe hard-fought 22-run victory over Sri Lanka, despite a maiden century from skipper Dasun Shanaka and level the series 1-1 in a high-scoring game of the second ODI.

Zimbabwe scored 302-8 in 50 overs with top scorer by Craig Ervine 91 off 98-balls - who fell nine-run short of his century.

Sikandar Raza hammered a 56 off 46-balls including 4-fours & a six with strike rate of 121.73, Sean Williams 48 off 56-balls - who fell two-run short of his half-century - including 3-fours.

Regis Chakabva cracked a 47 off 50-balls including 5-fours & a six, Takudzwanashe Kaitano 26 and Ryan Burl 19.

Sri Lanka best bowler by Jaffrey Vandersay picked up 3-wickets, Nuwan Pradeep took 2-wickets and one for Chamika Karunaratne - Maheesh Theekshana.

Sri Lanka scored 280-9 in 50 overs with top scorer by Dasun Shanaka hammered a 102 off 94-balls - which was his 1st ODI hundred - including 7-fours & 4-sixes with strike rate of 108.51.

Kamindu Mendis struck 57 off 82-balls including 4-fours, Chamika Karunaratne cracked a 34 off 38-balls included 2-fours, Charith Asalanka 23 and Pathum Nissanka 16.

Zimbabwe best bowler by Tendai Chatara, Blessing Muzarabani both picked up 3-wickets and one for Wesley Madhevere - Richard Ngarava.


Craig Ervine named Player of the match for his captain knock of 91 off 98-balls including 10-fours.
