Suryakumar Yadav's blazing half-century, Venkatesh Iyer's all-round display, Harshal Patel and Deepak Chahar's combined 5-wickets helped to India domineering 17-run victory over West Indies, despite a fighting fifty from Nicholas Pooran and clinch the three-match series 3-0 whitewash in a tight-game of the third T20I.

  • India's 17-run win was their third smallest victory by terms of runs against West Indies in T20 internationals.
  • This is the sixth time India have whitewashed their oppositions in a bilateral three-match series in T20 international and their third against West Indies in T20Is.
  • This is the seventh time West Indies have suffered a clean sweep in a bilateral three-match series in T20 internationals.
  • India's 184 was their eighth highest score against West Indies in T20 internationals.
  • 53 : Ishan Kishan and Shreyas Iyer set up the fourth highest second-wicket partnership for India against West Indies in T20 internationals.
  • 91 : Suryakumar Yadav and Venkatesh Iyer set up the record fifth-wicket partnership for India against West Indies in T20 international, previously held by the 76-run stand between Rishabh Pant and Venkatesh Iyer at same venue in this series' second T20I and India's third highest fifth-wicket stand in T20Is.

  • West Indies' 167 was their tenth highest score against India in T20 internationals.
  • 48 : Nicholas Pooran and Romario Shepherd set up the record seventh-wicket partnership for West Indies against India in T20 international, previously held by the unbeaten 27-run stand between Rovman Powell and Fabian Allen at Providence in 2019 and West Indies' fourth highest seventh-wicket stand in T20Is.

India scored 184-5 in 20 overs with top scorer by Suryakumar Yadav hammered a 65 off 31-balls, Venkatesh Iyer blasted a 35 off 19-balls including 4-fours & 2-sixes with strike rate of 184.21.

Ishan Kishan scored 34 off 31-balls including 5-fours and Shreyas Iyer hit 25 off 16-balls included 4-fours with strike rate of 156.24.

West Indies best bowler by Roston Chase, Jason Holder, Hayden Walsh, Dominic Drakes and Romario Shepherd each took one-wickets.

West Indies scored 167-9 in by 20 overs with top scorer by Nicholas Pooran cracked a 61 off 47-balls including 8-fours & a six.

Romario Shepherd struck 29 off 21-balls including 3-sixes & a four and Rovman Powell hammered a 25 off 14-balls included 2-sixes & 2-fours with strike rate of 178.57.

India best bowler by Harshal Patel picked up 3-wickets for 22-runs in 4-overs, Deepak Chahar, Venkatesh Iyer and Shardul Thakur each took 2-wickets.

Suryakumar Yadav named Player of the match for his blazing batting performance to smashed a career-best 65-runs knocked off facing 31-balls including 7-sixes & a four with strike rate of 209.67.

Suryakumar Yadav earned player of the series for contributing 107-runs in the 3-match T20I series.
