Liton Das' superb half-century before Nasum Ahmed's four-for, Shoriful Islam and Shakib Al Hasan's combined 5-wickets helped to Bangladesh thumping 61-run victory over Afghanistan and take a 1-0 lead in a one-sided game of the first T20I.

Bangladesh scored 155-8 in 20 overs with top scorer by Liton Das struck 60 off 44-balls including 4-fours & 2-sixes, Afif Hossain 25 and Munim Shahriar 17.

Afghanistan best bowler by Fazalhaq Farooqi, Azmatullah Omarzai both took 2-wickets and one for Rashid Khan - Qais Ahmed.

Afghanistan scored 94 for all-out in 17.4 overs with top scorer by Najibullah Zadran 27,  Azmatullah Omarzai 20 and Mohammad Nabi 16.

Bangladesh best bowler by Nasum Ahmed 4-10, Shoriful Islam picked up 3-wickets for 29-runs in 3.4-overs, Shakib Al Hasan took 2-wickets and one for Mustafizur Rahman.

Nasum Ahmed named Player of the match for his superb economical bowling performance to claimed a joint best-bowling figures of 4-wickets for 10-runs in 4-overs.
