Half-centuries from openers Gordon Greenidge, Desmond Haynes, Quick-fire contributions from Clive Lloyd, Collis King, All-round display by Viv Richards and Colin Croft's three-for helped to West Indies comprehensive 43-run victory over Pakistan, despite a swashbuckling Knocks from Majid Khan - Zaheer Abbas and West Indies second time enter into the world-cup final in the second semi-final of a Prudential World Cup.

West Indies scored massive total of 293-6 in 60 overs with top scorer by Gordon Greenidge struck 73 off 107-balls including 5-fours & a six.

Desmond Haynes hit 65 off 115-balls including 4-fours, Viv Richards scored 42 off 62-balls included a boundary.

Clive Lloyd scored 37 off 38-balls including 3-fours, Collis King cracked a 34 off 25-balls included 3-fours.

Pakistan best bowler by Asif Iqbal claimed a career-best 4-wickets for 56-runs in 11-overs, Imran Khan and Sarfraz Nawaz both took one-wickets.

Pakistan scored 250 for all-out in 56.2 overs with top scorer by Zaheer Abbas 93 off 122-balls - who fell seven-run short of his century - including 8-fours & a six.

Majid Khan struck 81 off 124-balls including 7-fours, Asif Iqbal 17 and Haroon Rasheed 15.

West Indies best bowler by Colin Croft picked up 3-wickets for 29-runs in 11-overs, Viv Richards picked up 3-wickets, Andy Roberts took 2-wickets and one for Michael Holding.

Gordon Greenidge named Player of the match for his brilliant batting performance to scored a 73 off 107-balls including 5-fours and a six.
