All-round Dipendra Singh Airee's superb unbeaten half-century with four-for gives Nepal's record 50-run victory over Papua New Guinea, despite a Sese Bau's scintillating fifty and clinch the title in the final of a Triangular series.
Nepal scored 168-6 in 20 overs with top scorer by Dipendra Singh Airee hammered a unbeaten 54 off 38-balls.
Karan KC blasted a unbeaten 33 off 12-balls including 5-fours & a six with strike rate of 275, Aasif Sheikh scored a run-a-ball 29-runs including a boundary.
Kushal Bhurtel hit 25 off 22-balls including 5-fours and Mohammad Adil Alam 15.
PNG best bowler by Semo Kamea picked up 3-wickets for 28-runs in 4-overs including a maiden, Riley Hekure, Chad Soper and Kabua Morea each took one-wickets.
PNG scored 118 for all-out in 16.1 overs with top scorer by Sese Bau blasted a 59 off 38-balls including 6-sixes & a four with strike rate of 155.26, Charles Amini 15, Lega Siaka 8 and Assad Vala 8.
Nepal best bowler by Dipendra Singh Airee 4-18, Karan KC picked up 3-wickets for 27-runs in 3-overs and Sandeep Lamichhane took 2-wickets.
Dipendra Singh Airee named Player of the match for his all-round performance to claimed a career-best 4-wickets for 18-runs in 4-overs after smashing a superb unbeaten 54-runs knocked off facing 38-balls including 5-fours with strike rate of 142.10.
