Captain Tom Latham's birthday special career-best 140* before Bowlers delivered to New Zealand comprehensive 118-run victory over Netherlands and took an unbeatable 2-0 lead to clinch the their historic first ODI series win against Netherlands in the second ODI.

  • Tom Latham became the second New Zealand batsman to score a hundred against Netherlands in One-day internationals after Will Young.
  • 90 : Tom Latham and Doug Bracewell set up the record seventh-wicket partnership for New Zealand against Netherlands in One-day international, previously held by the 13-run stand between Chris Harris and Lee Germon at Vadodara in the 1996 Wills World Cup and New Zealand's seventh highest seventh-wicket stand in ODIs.
  • New Zealand's 264 was their second highest score against Netherlands in One-day internationals.

New Zealand 34-5 to scored 264-9 in 50 overs with top scorer by Tom Latham hammered a 140 off 123-balls - which was his 6th ODI hundred & his first century against Netherlands in ODIs.

Doug Bracewell struck 41 off 51-balls including 2-sixes & 2-fours, Henry Nicholls hit 19 off 29-balls included 4-fours, Ish Sodhi 18 and Colin de Grandhomme 16.

Netherlands best bowler by Logan van Beek claimed a career-best 4-wickets for 56-runs in 10-overs including two maidens, Fred Klaassen picked up 3-wickets, Michael Rippon and Aryan Dutt both took one-wickets.

Netherlands scored 146 for all-out in 34.1 overs with top scorer by Bas de Leede struck 37 off 58-balls including 5-fours.
 
Vikramjit Singh scored 31 off 57-balls including 7-fours and Michael Rippon 18.

New Zealand best bowler by Michael Bracewell picked up 3-wickets for 21-runs in 5-overs, Kyle Jamieson, Ish Sodhi both took 2-wickets, Colin de Grandhomme, Doug Bracewell and Blair Ticker each took one-wickets.

Tom Latham named Player of the match for his brilliant batting performance to scored a career-best unbeaten 140-runs knocked off facing 123-balls including 10-fours and 5-sixes with strike rate of 113.82.
