Rajat Patidar's 49-ball maiden IPL century and Dinesh Karthik's superb 37 before Josh Hazlewood's three-wicket haul helped to Royal Challengers Bangalore hard-fought 14-run victory over Lucknow Super Giants, despite a fighting knock from captain KL Rahul's 79 and qualify for qualifier 2 in a high-scoring encounter of the eliminator of a Indian Premier League.
