Tom Blundell struck 55 off 122-balls including 7-fours, Tim Southee hammered a 33 off 29-balls included 5-fours & a six with strike rate of 113.79, Kane Williamson 31, Devon Conway 26, Will Young 20 and Henry Nicholls 19.

1st Innings England best bowler by Jack Leach claimed a 5-wicket haul for 100-runs in 38.3-overs including 8-fours, Stuart Broad picked up 3-wickets and one for Matthew Potts - Jamie Overton.

England 1st Innings scored 360 for all-out in 67 overs with top scorer by Jonny Bairstow blasted a 162 off 157-balls - which was his 10th Test hundred & his third century against New Zealand in Tests - including 21-fours.

Debutant Jamie Overton hammered a 97 off 136-balls - who fell three-run short of his debut Test hundred Including 13-fours & 2-sixes

Stuart Broad blasted a 42 off 36-balls including 6-fours & 2-sixes with strike rate of 116.66 and Ben Stokes 18.


1st Innings New Zealand best bowler by Trent Boult claimed a 4-wickets for 104-runs in 22-overs including four maidens, Tim Southee picked up 3-wickets, Neil Wagner took 2-wickets and one for Michael Bracewell.

New Zealand 2nd Innings scored 326 for all-out in 105.2 overs with top scorer by Tom Blundell struck 88 off 161-balls including 15-fours.

Tom Latham cracked a 76 off 100-balls including 12-fours, Daryl Mitchell 56, Kane Williamson 48 off 115-balls - who fell two-run short of his half-century - included 8-fours and Devon Conway 11.

2nd Innings England best bowler by Jack Leach claimed a 5-wicket haul for 66-runs in 32.2-overs including 12-maidens, Matthew Potts picked up 3-wickets and one for Joe Root - Jamie Overton.

England chased 296-3 overs with top scorer by Joe Root cracked a unbeaten 86 off 125-balls including 11-fours & a six.

Ollie Pope hammered a 82 off 108-balls including 12-fours, Jonny Bairstow blasted a unbeaten 71 off 44-balls included 8-fours & 3-sixes with strike rate of 161.36 and Zak Crawley hit 25 off 33-balls included 6-fours.

2nd Innings New Zealand best bowler by Tim Southee and Michael Bracewell both took one-wickets.
