Guernsey scored 108-8 in 20 overs with top scorer by Josh Butler 24, Matthew Stokes 18, David Hooper 11 not out and Ben Ferbrache 11.
Jersey best bowler by Charles Perchard picked up 3-wickets for 17-runs in 4-overs, Elliot Miles, Dominic Blampied both took 2-wickets and one for Harrison Carlyon.
Harrison Carlyon named Player of the match for his all-round performance to took 1-wicket for 21-runs in 4-overs after scoring a career-best 56-runs knocked off 38-balls including 7-fours and a six with strike rate of 147.36.
