Taranjeet Singh blasted a 43 off 27-balls, Abdul Shakoor 27 and Sivakumar Periyalwar 17.
Malta best bowler by Waseem Abbas takes 2-wickets, Amar Sharma, Imran Ameer and Bilal Muhammad each took one-wickets.
Malta scored 162-7 in 20 overs with top scorer by Imran Ameer cracked a unbeaten 28 off 23-balls including 3-fours.
Bikram Arora scored 24 off 21-balls including 4-fours and Heinrich Gericke hit 24 off 22-balls included 3-fours.
Romania best bowler by Taranjeet Singh 4-20, Ramesh Satheesan and Vasu Saini both took one-wickets.
Taranjeet Singh named Player of the match for his all-round performance to claimed a career-best 4-wickets for 20-runs in 4-overs after smashing a quick-fire 43 off 27-balls including 7-fours & a six with strike rate of 159.25.
