Nepal scored 180 for all-out in 46.5 overs with top scorer by Aarif Sheikh hit a unbeaten 50 off 84-balls including 2-fours.
Dev Khanal scored 34 off 65-balls including 2-fours, Kushal Bhurtel 27 and Karan KC 19.
Namibia best bowler by David Wiese, Bernard Scholtz, Jan Frylinck each took 2-wickets and one for Gerhard Erasmus - Ruben Trumpelmann.
