Calum MacLeod's blazing century sets up to Scotland emphatic five-wicket victory over USA, despite a Aaron Jones's 82-ball maiden century and move to second place on the points table in a high-scoring game of the 99th match of a Cricket World Cup League 2.

Match Stats : Scotland chased 296 was their second highest successful run-chase in One-day international and it is their highest chase against USA in ODIs, previously they chased 246 at ICCA Dubai in 2019. Calum MacLeod became the second Scotland batsman to scored a century against USA in One-day internationals after Richie Berrington. 96 : Calum MacLeod and Matthew Cross set up the second highest fourth-wicket partnership for Scotland against USA in One-day internationals. Aaron Jones became the first USA batsman to score a hundred against Scotland in One-day international cricket history. USA scored 295-8 in 50 overs with top scorer by Aaron Jones hammered a career-best unbeaten 123 off 87-balls - which was his 1st ODI hundred - including 9-fours & 4-sixes with strike rate of 141.37.

Sushant Modani struck 52 off 71-balls including 7-fours, Steven Taylor scored 37 off 43-balls included 4-fours & a six, Ian Holland 20 and Monank Patel 19.

Scotland best bowler by Mark Watt, Gavin Main both took 2-wickets, Michael Leask, Chris Greaves and Adrian Neill each took one-wickets.

Scotland chased 301-5 in 47.4 overs with top scorer by Calum MacLeod blasted a 117 off 91-balls - which was his 9th ODI hundred & his first century against USA in ODIs.

Craig Wallace cracked a run-a-ball 45-runs including 6-fours, Matthew Cross scored 40 off 57-balls included two boundaries, Kyle Coetzer 28, Chris Greaves 19 not out, Michael Leask 19 not out and Michael Jones 18.

USA best bowler by Nosthush Kenjige took 2-wickets, Steven Taylor, Nisarg Patel and Saurabh Netravalkar each took one-wickets.

Calum MacLeod named Player of the match for his match-winning blazing 117-runs knocked off facing 91-balls including 9-fours and 5-sixes with strike rate of 128.57.
