Jan Frylinck's all-round display, JJ Smit's assault and Bowlers attack helped to Namibia registered their historic first T20I win against Sri Lanka by thumping 55-runs in a one-sided game of the opening match of a T20 World Cup.

JJ Smit hammered a unbeaten 31 off 16-balls including 2-sixes & 2-fours with strike rate of 193.75, Stephan Baard hit 26 off 24-balls included 2-fours.
Jan Nicol Loftie-Eaton hit 20 off 12-balls 2-sixes & a four with strike rate of 166.66 and Gerhard Erasmus scored 20 off 24-balls without a boundary.
Sri Lanka best bowler by Pramod Madushan takes 2-wickets, Maheesh Theekshana, Wanindu Hasaranga, Chamika Karunaratne and Dushmantha Chameera each took one-wickets.
Sri Lanka scored 108 for all-out in 19 overs with top scorer by Dasun Shanaka struck 29 off 23-balls including 2-fours & a six.
Bhanuka Rajapaksa scored 20 off 21-balls including two boundaries and Dhananjaya De Silva 12.
