Sikandar Raza's record-breaking 48-ball 82 before Bowlers attack helped to Zimbabwe registered their first World Cup match win against Ireland by comprehensive 31-runs in the fourth match of a T20 World Cup.

Zimbabwe's 174 was their highest score against Ireland in T20 international, previous highest was 172 at Bready in 2019 and It is their highest total in a T20 World Cup, previous highest was 163 against Ireland at Sylhet in the 2014 World Twenty20. 58 : Sikandar Raza and Milton Shumba set up the record fifth-wicket partnership for Zimbabwe against Ireland in T20 international, previously held by the unbeaten 33-run stand between Craig Ervine and Milton Shumba at Bready in the last year. Sikandar Raza's 82 was his joint second highest score in T20 international and the highest-score by an Zimbabwe batsman against Ireland in T20Is, surpassing the previous record of unbeaten 68 held by Craig Ervine at Bready in 2019. Sikandar Raza's 82 was the highest-score by an Zimbabwe batsman in a T20 World Cup, surpassing the previous record of unbeaten 60 held by Brendan Taylor against Australia at Cape Town in the Inaugural 2007 World Twenty20. Ireland's 143 was their third lowest score in the completed innings against Zimbabwe in T20 internationals.

Wesley Madhevere hit 22 off 14-balls including 4-fours, Luke Jongwe scored a unbeaten 20 off 10-balls included 3-fours and Milton Shumba 16.

Ireland best bowler by Josh Little picked up 3-wickets for 24-runs in 4-overs, Simi Singh and Mark Adair both took 2-wickets.

Ireland scored 143-9 in 20 overs with top scorer by Curtis Campher hit 27 off 22-balls including a boundary.

Zimbabwe best bowler by Blessing Muzarabani picked up 3-wickets for 23-runs in 4-overs, Richard Ngarava, Tendai Chatara both took 2-wickets and one for Sean Williams - Sikandar Raza.

Sikandar Raza named Player of the match for his quick-fire batting performance to smashed a record-breaking 82-runs knocked off facing 48-balls including 5-sixes & 5-fours with strike rate of 170.83.
