UAE scored 191 for all-out in 43.2 overs with top scorer by Muhammad Waseem struck 50 off 46-balls including 4-sixes & 3-fours.
Alishan Sharafu scored 35 off 43-balls including 3-fours, Vriitya Aravind hit 25 off 39-balls included 4-fours.
Basil Hameed hit 24 off 26-balls including 2-sixes & a four, Chundangapoyil Rizwan scored 22 off 34-balls included 2-fours and Debutant Vishnu Sukumaran - who scored 15 off consuming 39-balls on his debut ODI match - including a boundary.
Nepal best bowler by Sompal Kami took 3-wickets for 35-runs in 7.2-overs, Lalit Rajbanshi picked up 3-wickets for 41-runs in 10-overs.
Dipendra Singh Airee, Kushal Bhurtel, Gulshan Jha and Karan KC each took one-wickets.
Nepal chased 193-7 in 47.5 overs with top scorer by Gulshan Jha cracked a 37 off 49-balls.
Kushal Bhurtel cracked a 35 off 52-balls including 6-fours, Aarif Sheikh scored a unbeaten 33 off 58-balls including 3-fours.
Gyanendra Malla hit 26 off 59-balls including 4-fours and Sompal Kami scored a run-a-ball unbeaten 16-runs included two boundaries.
UAE best bowler by Rohan Mustafa picked up 3-wickets for 24-runs in 10-overs, Hazrat Bilal took 2-wickets and one for Basil Hameed.
Gulshan Jha named Player of the match for his match-winning brilliant 37 off 49-balls including 4-fours & a six.
