USA scored 266-7 in 50 overs with top scorer by Monank Patel struck 66 off 69-balls including 7-fours & a six.
Steven Taylor cracked a 66 off 89-balls, Aaron Jones scored 53 off 58-balls including one-six & a four.
Gajanand Singh scored 22 off 17-balls including two boundaries, Shayan Jahangir 19 and Sushant Modani 19.
PNG best bowler by Kabua Morea takes 2-wickets, Hiri Hiri, Assad Vala and Riley Hekure each took one-wickets.
PNG scored 231 for all-out in 48.2 overs with top scorer by Assad Vala struck 94 off 97-balls - who fell six-run short of his century - including 7-fours & 4-sixes.
Riley Hekure hit 38 off 36-balls including 3-fours, Hiri Hiri scored 21 off 28-balls included 2-fours, Kiplin Doriga scored 20 off 45-balls including one-six & a four, Kabua Morea 15 and Tony Ura 15.
USA best bowler by Jessy Singh claimed a career-best 4-wickets for 32-runs in 9.2-overs including two maidens, Ian Holland picked up 3-wickets and one for Nisarg Patel - Steven Taylor.
Steven Taylor named Player of the match for his all-round performance to took one-wicket for 46-runs in 10-overs after scoring a brilliant 66-runs knocked off facing 89-balls including 8-fours & a six.
