Young batsman Yashasvi Jaiswal's 48-ball maiden T20I century and Rinku Singh's scintillating 15-ball 37 before Three-wicket hauls from Ravi Bishnoi and Avesh Khan helped to India registered their historic first T20I win against Nepal by 23-runs and enter into the semi-finals in a high-scoring game of the first quarter final of a Asian Games.

India scored mammoth total of 202-4 in 20 overs with top scorer by Yashasvi Jaiswal hammered a career-best 100 off 49-balls - which was his 1st T20I hundred - including 8-fours and 7-sixes with strike rate of 204.08.

Rinku Singh blasted a unbeaten 37 off 15-balls including 4-sixes & 2-fours with strike rate of 246.66, Shivam Dube hit a unbeaten 25 off 19-balls included 2-fours & a six and Ruturaj Gaikwad scored 25 off 23-balls contained 4-fours.

Nepal best bowler by Dipendra Singh Airee took 2-wickets and one for Sandeep Lamichhane - Sompal Kami.

Nepal scored 179-9 in 20 overs with top scorer by Dipendra Singh Airee hammered a 32 off 15-balls including 4-sixes with strike rate of 213.33.

Kushal Malla cracked a 29 off 22-balls including 2-sixes & 2-fours, Sundeep Jora hammered a 29 off 12-balls included 3-fours & a six with strike rate of 241.66.

Kushal Bhurtel struck 28 off 32-balls with 4-fours & a six and Karan KC cracked a unbeaten 18 off 13-balls included 2-fours & a six.

India best bowler by Ravi Bishnoi picked up 3-wickets for 24-runs in 4-overs, Avesh Khan contained 3-wickets for 32-runs in 4-overs, Arshdeep Singh took 2-wickets and one for Sai Kishore.
