West Indies best bowler by Winston Benjamin picked up 3-wickets for 22-runs in 9-overs, Viv Richards, Curtly Ambrose and Ian Bishop each took one-wickets.

Asanka Gurusinha named Player of the match for his match-winning brilliant 66 off 90-balls including 6-fours.
