Graham Hume's career-best four-wicket haul, Andy Balbirnie's classy unbeaten 82 and A all-round display from Curtis Campher's four-for with 40 sets up to Ireland cruising to via DLS method win against Zimbabwe by convincing seven-wickets and took an unassailable 2-0 lead to clinch the three-match series with 2-0 in a rain-affected game of the third & final ODI.

  • Ireland registered their historic first bilateral ODI series win in Zimbabwe by 2-0.
  • Ireland chased 201 was their second highest successful run-chase against Zimbabwe in ODIs after their 255 chase at Bready in 2019.
  • Zimbabwe's 197 was their fifth lowest score in a completed innings against Ireland in One-day international and It is their third worst-total against Ireland at Harare in ODIs.

  • 63 : Andy Balbirnie and Harry Tector set up the fourth highest third-wicket partnership for Ireland against Zimbabwe in ODIs.


Zimbabwe scored 197 for all-out in the alloted 40-overs - match reduced from 50 to 40-overs per a side - with top scorer by Joylord Gumbie cracked a 72 off 106-balls including 8-fours.

Sikandar Raza cracked a 37 off 33-balls including 2-fours & a six, Wellington Masakadza scored 24 off 19-balls included one-six & a four and Takudzwanashe Kaitano 13.

Ireland best bowler by Graham Hume claimed a career-best 4-wickets for 34-runs in 8-overs including a maiden and Curtis Campher captured 4-wickets for 37-runs in 8-overs.

Ireland chased 201-3 in 37.5-overs - due to rain revised DLS target of 201 from 40-overs - with top scorer by Andy Balbirnie hit a unbeaten 82 off 102-balls including 4-fours & a six.

Curtis Campher cracked a 40 off 50-balls including 6-fours, Harry Tector scored 33 off 42-balls included 2-fours & a six and Lorcan Tucker hit a unbeaten 29 off 23-balls contained 2-fours & a six with strike rate of 126.08.

Zimbabwe best bowler by Brandon Mavuta, Luke Jongwe and Blessing Muzarabani each took one-wickets.
