Match Stats : 
  • This is the second time Pakistan have whitewashed their oppositions in a bilateral three-match series in One-day international and registered their historic first 3-0 whitewash against West Indies in ODIs.
  • This is the second time West Indies have suffered a clean sweep in a bilateral three-match series in One-day internationals after their 3-0 clean sweep against England in England in 1988.

Pakistan scored 168-9 in the allotted 40 overs with top scorer by Imran Khan hit a unbeaten 46 off 59-balls, Saeed Anwar hit 31 off 59-balls including a boundary.

Saleem Malik scored 30 off 32-balls without a boundary, Debutant Moin Khan - who scored 23 off 36-balls including 3-fours and Ijaz Ahmed hit 22 off 38-balls included 2-fours.

West Indies best bowler by Courtney Walsh picked up 3-wickets for 28-runs in 8-overs, Ian Bishop captured two-wickets, Carl Hooper, Robert Haynes and Ezra Moseley each took one-wickets.

West Indies scored 137-7 in 40 overs with top scorer by Gordon Greenidge scored 35 off consuming 110-balls including two boundaries.

Carl Hooper scored a unbeaten 32 off 48-balls including a boundary and Desmond Haynes 18.

Pakistan best bowler by Mushtaq Ahmed picked up 3-wickets for 31-runs in 8-overs, Waqar Younis took 2-wickets and one for Akram Raza - Imran Khan.

Imran Khan named Player of the match for his all-round performance to took 1-wicket for 26-runs in 8-overs after scoring a valuable unbeaten 46 off 59-balls included 2-fours.
