Rachin Ravindra and Mark Chapman's fifties before Bowlers shines as New Zealand comprehensive 113-run victory over Sri Lanka, despite a Maheesh Theekshana's hat-trick and took an unassailable 2-0 lead to seal the series in a rain-shortened, 37-over-a-side second ODI.

New Zealand scored massive total of 255-9 in the allotted 37 overs - match reduced from 50 to 37-overs per-a-side - due to rain - with top scorer by Rachin Ravindra hammered a 79 off 63-balls.

Mark Chapman cracked a 62 off 52-balls including 5-fours & a six with strike rate of 119.23, Daryl Mitchell scored a run-a-ball 38-runs included 3-fours & a six.

Glenn Phillips hit 22 off 26-balls including one-six & a four and Mitchell Santner struck 20 off 15-balls contained 2-fours & a six with strike rate of 133.33 and Will Young scored 16 off 18-balls with two boundaries.

Sri Lanka best bowler by Maheesh Theekshana claimed a 4-wickets for 44-runs in 8-overs, Wanindu Hasaranga took 2-wickets and one for Asitha Fernando - Eshan Malinga.

Sri Lanka bowled out for 142 in 30.2 overs with top scorer by Kamindu Mendis cracked a 64 off 66-balls including 5-fours & 3-sixes.

Janith Liyanage hit 22 off 31-balls including 2-fours & a six and Chamidu Wickramasinghe scored 17 off 27-balls contained two boundaries.

New Zealand best bowler by Will O’Rourke picked up 3-wickets for 31-runs in 6.2-overs including a maiden, Jacob Duffy captured two-wickets, Mitchell Santner, Matt Henry and Nathan Smith each took one-wickets.

Rachin Ravindra named Player of the match for his brilliant 79 off 63-balls including 9-fours & a six with strike rate of 125.39.
