Dozens of people were injured when police clashed with angry cricket fans on Sunday as Pakistan beat Sri Lanka in the fifth one-day international.
Hundreds of ticket-holders were locked out of the stadium; non-holders had been allowed in.
They began hurling stones and police fired tear-gas to disperse them. The match was held up briefly when fumes spread; traffic around the ground was blocked for hours.
Several people burned stadium seats. Pakistan won the match by 117 runs to take the five-match series 4-1. Sri Lanka made only 154 runs in reply to Pakistan's 271.
