Magnificent Joe Root's career-best unbeaten 166 leads to England tense three-wicket victory over West Indies, despite a brilliant century by Keacy Carty and took an unassailable 2-0 lead to seal the series in a see-saw game of the second ODI.

West Indies scored massive total of 308 for all-out in 47.4 overs with top scorer by Keacy Carty cracked a 103 off 105-balls - which was his 4th ODI hundred and his second century against England in ODIs - including 13-fours.

Shai Hope hammered a 78 off 66-balls including 4-sixes & 4-fours with strike rate of 118.18, Brandon King cracked a 59 off 67-balls included 10-fours.

Justin Greaves scored a run-a-ball 22-runs including two boundaries and Gudakesh Motie blasted a 18 off 9-balls included 4-fours with strike-rate of 200.

England best bowler by Adil Rashid claimed a 4-wickets for 63-runs in 10-overs, Saqib Mahmood picked up 3-wickets for 37-runs in 9.4-overs, Will Jacks, Jacob Bethell and Brydon Carse each took one-wickets.

England chased 312-7 in 48.5 overs with top scorer by Joe Root hammered a career-best unbeaten 166 off 139-balls - which was his 18th ODI hundred and his fifth century against West Indies in ODIs.

Will Jacks scored 49 off 58-balls including two boundaries, Harry Brook hammered a 47 off 36-balls included 7-fours & a six with strike rate of 130.55 and Jacob Bethell scored 17 off 28-balls contained a boundary.

West Indies best bowler by Alzarri Joseph claimed a 4-wickets for 31-runs in 10-overs including a maiden with economy rate of 3.10, Roston Chase, Jayden Seales and Matthew Forde each took one-wickets.

Joe Root named Player of the match for his match-winning magnificent career-best unbeaten 166-runs knocked off facing 139-runs including 21-fours & 2-sixes with strike rate of 119.42.
