This is the South Africa first ODI series win in England since 1998. South Africa's 5-run win was their joint ninth smallest victory by terms of runs in One-day international and It is their second narrowest win against England in ODIs after their 1-run win at Cape Town in 2000. South Africa's 330 was their fifth highest score against England in One-day international and It is their second highest-score in England in ODIs after their 333 at Chester-le-Street in 2022. South Africa's 330 was the second highest total by any team at Lord's, London in ODIs after England's 334 in the inaugural opening match of the 1975 World Cup. Matthew Breetzke became the first batsman in historic to scored fifties in his first five ODI matches. 147 : Matthew Breetzke and Tristan Stubbs set up the second highest fourth-wicket partnership for South Africa against England in T20 international, The highest is unbeaten 172-run stand between Hashim Amla and AB de Villiers at Nottingham in 2012 and the South Africa's tenth highest fourth-wicket stand in ODIs. Jamie Smith became the fourth England opener to fall for a first-ball duck against South Africa in One-day internationals. South Africa scored massive total of 330-8 in 50 overs with top scorer by Matthew Breetzke hammered a 85 off 77-balls, Tristan Stubbs cracked a 58 off 62-balls including 2-fours & a six.

Aiden Markram struck 49 off 64-balls - who fell one-run short of his half-century - included 6-fours & a six, Dewald Brevis hammered a 42 off 20-balls including 3-sixes & 3-fours with strike rate of 210.

Ryan Rickelton struck 35 off 33-balls included 5-fours and Corbin Bosch hit a unbeaten 32 off 29-balls contained three-fours.

England best bowler by Jofra Archer claimed a 4-wickets for 62-runs in 10-overs, Adil Rashid took 2-wickets and one for Jacob Bethell.

England scored 325-9 in 50 overs with top scorer by Jos Buttler blasted a 61 off 51-balls including 3-sixes & 3-fours with strike rate of 119.60.

Joe Root cracked a 61 off 72-balls including 8-fours, Jacob Bethell hammered a 58 off 40-balls included 5-fours & 3-sixes with strike rate of 145.

Will Jacks blasted a 39 off 33-balls including 2-sixes & a four with strike rate of 118.18 and 

 Jofra Archer hammered a unbeaten 27 off 14-balls contained 2-sixes & 2-fours 

South Africa best bowler by Nandre Burger picked up 3-wickets for 63-runs in 10-overs, Keshav Maharaj captured 2-wickets, Corbin Bosch, Senuran Muthusamy and Lungi Ngidi each took one-wickets.

Matthew Breetzke named Player of the match for his majestic batting performance to smashed 85 off 77-balls including 7-fours & 3-sixes with strike rate of 110.38.
