Openers Brina Bennett's whirlwind 51-ball 94 and Tadiwanashe Marumani's half-century sets up to Zimbabwe comfortable 33-run victory over Namibia and take a 1-0 lead in the first T20I.

Namibia best bowler by Alexander Busing-Volschenk took 2-wickets and one for Ruben Trumpelmann.

Namibia scored 178-7 in 20 overs with top scorer by Jan Nicol Loftie-Eaton blasted a 38 off 24-balls including 8-fours with strike rate of 158.33.

Zane Green cracked a 33 off 27-balls including 3-fours, Gerhard Erasmus struck 26 off 19-balls included 2-fours & a six.

Jan Frylinck blasted a 21 off 13-balls including 3-fours with strike rate of 161.53 and Ruben Trumpelmann hammered a 20 off 9-balls contained 2-sixes & a four with strike rate of 222.22.

Zimbabwe best bowler by Sikandar Raza, Blessing Muzarabani both captured 2-wickets, Wellington Masakadza, Brad Evans and Richard Ngarava each took one-wickets.

Brian Bennett named Player of the match for his whirlwind batting performance to smashed a career-best 94 off facing 51-balls including 8-fours & 4-fours with strike rate of 184.31.
