Hansie Cronje struck 55 off 56-balls including 4-fours, Jonty Rhodes scored 37 off 59-balls without a boundary and Peter Kirsten cracked a 30 off 63-balls included 4-fours.

India best bowler by Venkatapathy Raju picked up 3-wickets for 37-runs in 10-overs, Manoj Prabhakar captured three-wickets and Kapil Dev took one-wicket.

India chase down the target of 204 for 5 in 47.2 overs with top scorer by Pravin Amre cracked a unbeaten 84 off 98-balls, Vijay Yadav hit a unbeaten 34 off 22-balls included 2-fours with strike rate of 154.54.

Mohammad Azharuddin struck 24 off 41-balls including 4-fours, Sachin Tendulkar hit 21 off 38-balls included 3-fours and Kapil Dev scored 17 off 33-balls contained a six.

South Africa best bowler by Craig Matthews captured two-wickets and one for Brian McMillan - Allan Donald.

Pravin Amre named Player of the match for his match-winning career-best superb a unbeaten 84 off facing 98-balls including 5-fours.

Kepler Wessels earned player of the series for contributing 342 runs with average of 48.85 in the seven-match series.
