Virat Kohli has replaced Rohit Sharma as the top-batsman in men's rankings in ODIs on the ICC table after his 91-ball 93 led India chase down the New Zealand's target of 301 in the first ODI in the three-match series in Vadodara on Sunday.



India scored 284-7 in 50 overs with top scorer by KL Rahul blasted a unbeaten 112 off 92-balls - which was his 8th ODI hundred and his second century against New Zealand in ODIs - including 11-fours & a six with strike rate of 121.73.

Shubman Gill cracked a 56 off 53-balls including 9-fours & a six, Ravindra Jadeja scored 27 off 44-balls included a boundary.

Rohit Sharma struck 24 off 38-balls including 4-fours, Virat Kohli cracked a 23 off 29-balls included 2-fours and Nitish Kumar Reddy hit 20 off 21-balls contained a six.

New Zealand best bowler by Kristian Clarke picked up 3-wickets for 56-runs in 8-overs, Debutant Jayden Lennox - who took one-wicket on his debut ODI match, Michael Bracewell, Zak Foulkes and Kyle Jamieson each took one-wickets.

New Zealand chase down the target of 285, finishing at 286 for 3 in 47.3 overs with top scorer by Daryl Mitchell blasted a unbeaten 131 off 117-balls - which was his 8th ODI hundred and his third century against India in ODIs.

Will Young struck 87 off 97-balls including 7-fours, Glenn Phillips hammered a unbeaten 32 off 25-balls included 2-fours & a six with strike rate of 128.

India best bowler by Prasidh Krishna, Harshit Rana and Kuldeep Yadav each took one-wickets.
