Blazing innings from Jacob Bethell, Harry Brook's fifties and Will Jacks' 18-ball 39* before Sam Curran holds nerve as England registered their historic first T20I win against Nepal by a thrilling 4-runs, despite a Lokesh Bam's blitz in a last-ball thriller of the fifth match of a T20 World Cup.

  • England's 4-run win was their ninth smallest victory by terms of runs in T20 international and It is their second narrowest win in T20 World Cups after their 3-run win against India at Lord's in the 2009 World Twenty20.

England scored 184-7 in 20 overs with top scorer by Jacob Bethell blasted a 55 off 35-balls including 4-sixes & 4-fours with strike rate of 157.14.

Harry Brook hammered a 53 off 32-balls including 4-fours & 3-sixes with strike rate of 165.62, Will Jacks blasted a unbeaten 39 off 18-balls and Jos Buttler hit 26 off 17-balls containedl 5-fours with strike rate of 152.94.

Nepal best bowler by Dipendra Singh Airee, Nandan Yadav both captured 2-wickets, Sandeep Lamichhane picked up one-wicket and Debutant Sher Malla - who took one-wicket 

Nepal scored 180-6 in the allotted 20 overs with top scorer by Dipendra Singh Airee blasted a 44 off 29-balls including 6-fours & a six with strike rate of 151.72.

Lokesh Bam hammered a unbeaten 39 off 20-balls including 4-fours & 2-sixes with strike rate of 195, Rohit Paudel struck 44 off 29-balls included 6-fours & a six with strike rate of 151.72 and Kushal Bhurtel hit 29 off 17-balls contained 4-fours & a six with strike rate of 170.58.

England best bowler by Liam Dawson captured 2-wickets, Will Jacks, Sam Curran, Luke Wood and Jofra Archer each took one-wickets.
