Match Stats :
  • Nepal's 81-run win was their fifth largest victory by terms of runs in One-day international and It is their second biggest win by terms-of-runs against Oman in ODIs after their 84-runs win at same venue in 2023.
  • Gulshan Jha became the second bowler to take two five-wicket hauls against Oman in One-day internationals after Karan KC.
  • Gulshan Jha became the third Nepal bowler to take two five-wicket hauls in ODIs after Karan KC (3) and Sandeep Lamichhane (3).
  • Gulshan Jha's 5 for 38 was the joint seventh best bowling figures for Nepal in One-day international and the joint second best-bowling-figures by an Nepal bowler against Oman in ODIs, jointly with Karan KC.

Nepal bowled out for 256 in 49.5 overs with top scorer by Aasif Sheikh struck 94 off 97-balls - who fell six-run short of his century - including 7-fours & 5-sixes.

Arjun Kumal cracked a 48 off 87-balls - who fell two-run short of his half-century - including 4-fours, Aarif Sheikh hammered a 43 off 24-balls.

Dipendra Singh Airee scored 17 off 23-balls including a boundary and Gulshan Jha hit 17 off 23-balls contained 2-fours.

Oman best bowler by Nadeem Khan picked up 3-wickets for 41-runs in 10-overs, Shakeel Ahmed, Hassnain Shah both took 2-wickets and one for Aryan Bisht - Jiten Ramanandi.

Oman bundled out for 175 in 39.5 overs with top scorer by Vinayak Shukla struck 36 off 41-balls including 3-fours & 2-sixes.

Hammad Mirza cracked a 34 off 51-balls including 4-fours and Debutant Hasnain Ul Wahab - who scored 29 off 43-balls on his debut ODI match - included 3-fours & a six.

Nepal best bowler by Gulsan Jha claimed a career-best 5-wicket haul for 38-runs in 9-overs, Dipendra Singh Airee, Karan KC, Nandan Yadav and Sandeep Lamichhane each took one-wickets.

Aasif Sheikh named Player of the match for his quick-fire batting performance to smashed a 43 off 24-balls included 4-sixes & a four with strike rate of 179.16.
