Superb fielding and tight bowling by Heath Streak and Bryan Strang helped to Zimbabwe registered their historic first ODI win against Pakistan by a stunning 74-runs and drawn the three-match series with 1-1 in a one-sided third & final ODI.


* This is the Zimbabwe's first ODI win against Pakistan in the ninth ODI meeting between these sides.

* Heath Streak finished his tight bowling with 6-2-7-0 and while Bryan Strang finished with 6-1-15-0.

Zimbabwe scored 222-9 in 50 overs with top scorer by Andy Flower cracked a 73 off 104-balls including 3-fours.

Mark Burmester struck 39 off 75-balls including 2-fours, Dave Houghton hit 34 off 33-balls included 3-fours.

Heath Streak blasted a 18 off 15-balls including 3-fours and Alistair Campbell scored 18 off 34-balls without a boundary.

Pakistan best bowler by Aaqib Javed picked up 3-wickets for 46-runs in 10-overs including a maiden, Wasim Akram, Manzoor Elahi both took 2-wickets and one for Saleem Malik - Akram Raza.

Pakistan bundled out for 148 in 43.3 overs with top scorer by Inzamam-ul-Haq struck 45 off 54-balls including 3-fours & a six.

Shakeel Ahmed cracked a 36 off 80-balls including 2-fours and Asif Mujtaba scored a unbeaten 20 off 32-balls without a boundary.

Zimbabwe best bowler by Paul Strang picked up 3-wickets for 42-runs in 10-overs, Guy Whittall, Malcolm Jarvis both took 2-wickets and one for Grant Flower.

Andy Flower named Player of the match for his classy batting performance to scored a 73 off 104-balls including 3-fours.
