Sri Lanka chase down the target of 208, finishing at 210 for 5 in 45.2 overs with top scorer by Arjuna Ranatunga cracked a unbeaten 58 off 79-balls, Sanath Jayasuriya struck 47 off 58-balls including 6-fours, 

Roshan Mahanama cracked a 39 off 66-balls included 4-fours, Upul Chandana hit a unbeaten 16 off 8-balls contained 2-fours with strike rate of 200 and Romesh Kaluwitharana scored 15 off 17-balls including 2-fours.

Zimbabwe best bowler by Paul Strang, Grant Flower both took 2-wickets and one for John Rennie.

Arjuna Ranatunga named Player of the match for his match-winning captain innings of unbeaten 58 off 79-balls including 4-fours & 2-sixes.
