All-round performance to India clinch the tournament

Benson & Hedges World Championship of Cricket one day international tournament of the final ODI match played between India vs Pakistan at Melbourne in 1985 - India won by 8 wickets.

India's Bowler Kapil Dev and Laxman Shivaramakrishnan brilliant bowling performance to Pakistan scored 176 for nine wickets.

Kapil Dev and L Shivaramakrishnan both took three wickets, India chasing 177 very comfortably, Kris Srikkanth hammering a brilliant shots to he made Scintillating 67.

Azharuddin played brilliant 25, Vengsarkar played unbeaten 18, Ravi Shastri played unbeaten 63 and Indian batting and bowling all-round performance to India win by 8 wickets.
