* England's 104-run win was their second largest victory by terms of runs against South Africa in One-day internationals, It is their biggest victory against South Africa in World Cup and England's eighth biggest victory in World Cups.
* This is the 11th instance of England's four batsmen were scores of fifty or more runs in their innings in One-day international, it is their second instance against South Africa in ODIs, This is the England's first such instance in World Cup and overall fourth time in World Cups.
* 106 : Jason Roy and Joe Root set up the third highest second-wicket partnership for England against South Africa in One-day internationals and England's fifth highest second-wicket stand in World Cups.

Jason Roy cracked a 54 off 53-balls including 8-fours, Joe Root hit 51 off 59-balls included 5-fours and Jos Buttler 18.
South Africa best bowler by Lungi Ngidi picked up 3-wickets, Imran Tahir, Kagiso Rabada both took two-wickets and one for Andile Phehlukwayo.
South Africa scored 207 for all-out in 39.5 overs with top scorer by Quinton de Kock struck 68 off 74-balls including 6-fours & 2-sixes.
Rassie van der Dussen cracked a 50 off 61-balls including 4-fours & a six and Andile Phehlukwayo hit 24 off 25-balls including 4-fours.
England best bowler by Jofra Archer picked up 3-wickets for 27-runs in 7-overs including a maiden Lian Plunkett and Ben Stokes both took 2-wickets and one for Adil Rashid - Moeen Ali.
Ben Stokes named Man of the match for his all-round performance to took 2-wickets after scoring a brilliant 89-runs knocked off facing 79-balls including 9-fours and took 2-wickets.
