Moeen Ali and Adil Rashid turned the game for England as New Zealand lost 4-wickets for just 6-runs.
England scored 234 for all-out in exact 50 overs with top scorer by Eoin Morgan 48, Ben Stokes 39, Jos Buttler 29, Moeen Ali 23, Joe Root 20 and Jonny Bairstow 19.
New Zealand best bowler by Ish Sodhi picked up three-wickets for 53-runs from 10 overs, Trent Boult takes two wickets, Colin de Grandhomme and Tim Southee each took one wickets.
New Zealand scored 230-8 in 50 overs with top scorer by Kane Williamson 112 not out, which was his 11th ODI hundred, including six 4s and two 6s. Colin Munro struck 49 and Mitchell Santner 41.
