Matthew Hayden struck 48 off 46-balls - who fell two-run short of his half-century including 4-fours, Justin Langer hammered a 36 off 22-balls included 3-sixes & a four with strike rate of 163.63.

Michael Bevan cracked a 25 off 30-balls including a boundary, David Boon scored 21 off 45-balls included 2-fours and Mark Waugh hit 16 off 26-balls contained two-fours.

India best bowler by Javagal Srinath picked up 3-wickets for 32-runs in 9-overs including a maiden with economy rate of 3.55 and Anil Kumble captured three-wickets for 50-runs in 10-overs included a maiden.

India chase down the target of 245 for 3 in 45.4 overs with top scorer by Ajay Jadeja struck 87 off 106-balls, Navjot Sidhu cracked a 80 off 110-balls including 5-fours.

Mohammad Azharuddin cracked a unbeaten 36 off 37-balls including 2-fours and Vinod Kambli hammered a unbeaten 28 off 17-balls included 3-fours & 2-sixes with strike rate of 164.70.

Australia best bowler by Shane Warne took two-wickets and one for Glenn McGrath.

Ajay Jadeja named Player of the match for his match-winning superb 87 off facing 106-balls including 12-fours and a six.
