South Africa scored 130-5 in 20 overs with top scorer by AB de Villiers 63, Graeme Smith struck a run-a-ball 26-runs including 2-fours and Mark Boucher 11.
India best bowler by Suresh Raina, Ravindra Jadeja, Harbhajan Singh, RP Singh and Zaheer Khan each took one-wickets.
India scored 118-8 in 20 overs with top scorer by Rohit Sharma 29, Yuvraj Singh 25, Gautam Gambhir 21.
South Africa best bowler by Johan Botha picked up 3-wickets for 16-runs in 4-overs, Dale Steyn took 2-wickets and one for JP Duminy - Roelof van der Merwe.
AB de Villiers named Player of the match for his superb 63-runs knocked off facing 51-balls including 7-fours with strike rate of 123.52.
