* 359 was New Zealand's sixth highest ever total in ODIs and their highest ever score made against England in ODIs.

* Martin Guptill's 189 was fourth highest innings in ODIs and become the highest ever scorer for New Zealand in One-day internationals, broken Lou Vincent's 172 against Zimbabwe at Bulawayo in 2005.

* Martin Guptill equalled the Viv Richards' 189 at Old Trafford in 1984 as the highest score against England in an ODIs.

Martin Guptill's two centuries in three days was also a repeat of the feat achieved by Mark Greatbatch, the only other New Zealand batsman to score a one-day hundreds in England, when he notched back-to-back landmarks in 1990.

New Zealand scored mammoth total of 359-3 in 50 overs with top scorer by Martin Guptill 189 not out - which was his 4th ODI hundred and his second century in the series.

Ross Taylor struck 60 off 54-balls including 3-fours and 2-sixes, Kane Williamson cracked a 55 off 63-balls included 3-fours and Brendon McCullum hammered a quick-fire 19-ball 40-runs including four-fours and two-sixes with strike rate of 210.52.

England best bowler by James Anderson took two-wickets and one for Graeme Swann.

England scored 273 for all-out in 44.1 overs with top scorer by Jonathan Trott 109 not out off 104-balls - which was his 4th ODI hundred including five-fours and a six.

Alastair Cook struck 34 off 31-balls included five boundaries, James Anderson smashed 28 off 19-balls with four boundaries.

Joe Root cracked a 28 off 27-balls with a boundary, Ian Bell scored 25 off 32-balls including four-fours and Eoin Morgan 21.

New Zealand best bowler by Mitchell McClenaghan picked up 3-wickets, Kane Williamson takes two-wickets, Grant Elliott, Nathan McCullum, Doug Bracewell and Kyle Mills each took one-wickets.

Martin Guptill named Player of the match for his blazing match-winning unbeaten 189-runs knocked off facing 155-balls including 19-fours and 2-sixes with strike rate of 121.93.
