Vusi Sibanda's maiden T20I fifty and Elton Chigumbura's rapid 13-ball 30 sets up to Zimbabwe narrow 14-run victory over Hong Kong in the First Round match of a ICC World Twenty20.
Zimbabwe scored 158-8 in 20 overs with top scorer by Vusi Sibanda 59, Elton Chigumbura hammered a rapid 13-ball 30-runs included three-sixes with strike-rate of 230.76, Malcolm Waller 26 and Hamilton Masakadza scored 20 off 13-balls with 3-fours and a six.
Hong Kong best bowler by Tanwir Afzal, Aizaz Khan each took two-wickets and one for Nadeem Ahmed.
Hong Kong scored Jamie Atkinson cracked a 53 off 44-balls including four-fours and two-sixes, Tanwir Afzal hammered a rapid 17-ball 31-runs included 3-fours and a six with strike rate of 182.35 and Mark Chapman 19.
Zimbabwe best bowler by Donald Tiripano, Tendai Chatara each took two-wickets and one for Sikandar Raza - Hamilton Masakadza.
Vusi Sibanda named Player of the match for his spectacular batting display of scoring a 59-runs knocked off 46-balls including five-fours and two-sixes.
