A superb unbeaten 72 from Suresh Raina led to India crushing seven-wicket victory over Zimbabwe and clinch the two-match series 2-0 clean sweep in the second & final T20I.
Zimbabwe scored 140-5 in 20 overs with top scorer by Tatenda Taibu cracked a unbeaten 45 off 40-balls including two-fours, Charles Coventry blasted a 28 off 13-balls including 3-fours & 2-sixes with strike rate of 215.38.
Brendon Taylor struck 27 off 33-balls including 3-fours and Elton Chigumbura hammered a quick-fire 18 off 6-balls included 2-sixes and a four with strike rate of 300.
India best bowler by Ashok Dinda takes 2-wickets, Pragyan Ojha, Ravichandran Ashwin both took two-wickets and one for debutant Amit Mishra - who took one-wicket on his debut T20I match.
India chased 144-3 in 18 overs with top scorer by Suresh Raina blasted a unbeaten 72 off 44-balls and Murali Vijay struck 46 off 39-balls including 3-sixes & 2-fours.
Zimbabwe best bowler by Chamu Chibhabha take 1-wickets and debutant Tendai Chatara - who took one-wicket on his debut T20I match.
Suresh Raina named player of the match for his match-winning captain knock of 72 not out off 44-balls including 6-fours and 2-sixes with strike rate of 163.63.
Suresh Raina earned player of the series for contributing 100-runs in the two-match series.
